Food

At Superb Caterers our business is primarily food! We can guarantee almost any type of cuisine from Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Creole, Arabic and the list goes on....

There is also a wide range or finger food/hors d'oeuvres and desserts to select from.

Choice

The choice is completely yours! You can select exactly the type of menu you want to suit your budget and specific needs. We can prepare almost anything you want either for breakfast, brunch, lunch, an afternoon snack or dinner. We can prepare any type of meat, seafood and also have a wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

Settings

We are equipped to serve parties from 10 to 4000 persons, with adequate cutlery, crockery, food warmer trays, wineglasses, drinking glasses etc. We also provide tablecloths and in specific cases cloth napkins.

Staff

Our highly trained and experienced staff is ready and willing to serve you. Our Managing Director and his wife in addition to other administrative personnel are eager to assist you in planning and organizing any event. You can even get advice about where to find decorators, music, tents, chairs etc. at no additional cost!

Our Kitchen Staff is comprised of three (3) highly trained chefs, who can prepare tasty mouth watering treats. In addition to our chefs, there is a Kitchen Supervisor, an Inventory and Operations Supervisor and up to one hundred young ladies and gentlemen trained to provide you with excellent service.

Drinks/Bar

At your request, we can provide a listing of almost any variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at affordable prices for your consumption. We are also equipped with bar tools, glasses, coolers etc to handle bars for very large events.

When we serve you, you are guaranteed to get prompt, reliable, friendly and efficient service, whatever the time, place or event.

Multi-purpose Facilities

We operate from a large building housing our modern operations. We are also very pleased to inform you that we have a large multi-purpose furnished hall that can hold up to 175 people seated comfortably. Our hall presents air-conditioned comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. There is also an in house bar available. Our hall is ideal for parties, weddings, seminars . . . whatever the occasion!

There is also an in-house PA system with the option of obtaining quality music and for business seminars and /or meetings, there is a whiteboard and podium available for use.
