DR. RALPH BALGOBIN

DR. ROLPH BALGOBIN is Chairman of The Competitiveness Company and PLIPDECO. He is a director of TSTT, Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago, Electrical Industries Limited, the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and the Neal and Massy group of companies.

Prior to this he served as Executive Director of the Lok Jack GSB and as a project director at Procter and Gamble (UK) with responsibility for global projects in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management and an EMBA from the UWI as well as postgraduate business from Manchester and Cambridge.
